New Nordic inspired designs

I have been a little quiet of late but concentrating on other things. I can report that Somerset Art Weeks was a success, which is always a nice way to boost your confidence!

I have been working on some Nordic inspired designs, which I had great fun working on....here is a small selection!

American Inspired Recipes

Over the last week I have been busy designing some new illustrations for the American Market inspired by American recipes. I had great fun mixing colour!

They Draw and Cook

Cooking and drawing are on of my two favourite pastimes, so to feature on this site is a great bonus!

This follows on from a recent major commission I completed for Castle Melamine where I illustrated favourite British dishes.

Recipes through the Ages.....

I have been working on a concept to produce twelve designs of recipes through the ages for a calendar.
I have produced six already from the Regency period to the 1950's....more exciting designs to follow!

Yay Retro is a fabulous website which sells Beautiful China from the 40's 50's 60's and 70's. I too have made some wonderful purchases.

Ginger Fig's Fifth Anniversary!

The lovely Ginger Fig Gallery in Taunton have recently celebrated their fifth birthday. In celebration they are holding an exhibition of work on the theme of 'The Birds and The Bees'.

I have specially designed an image, incorporating a recipe which has been made with the help of the 'birds and the bees'. Here's to another five successful years!
